At the heart of that impact has been Melinda's leadership. As President and COO\, she has been more than a business leader\, she has been a trusted partner\, a friend to many\, and a champion for our region for nearly 40 years. Her influence reaches far beyond the company itself\, touching the lives of so many who have had the privilege to work alongside her.
