We are seeking an Entry Level Escrow Assistant to join our company. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a wide range of duties and responsibilities that are key to a smooth running of the Escrow Department. The Assistant will check titles, compile data, calculate figures and handle a number of other responsibilities to ensure the accurate and timely completion of escrows.
• Answer client questions about escrow accounts for mortgage loans.
• Review and send out preliminary title documents
• Verify data and calculations.
• Prepare mortgage loan documents for closing.
• Order HOA, Survey, Payoff, etc.
• Balance and Fund files
• Ability to move swiftly between tasks
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Bilingual - Spanish
