Donation to Archery Club at CTHS

My name is Alan Masters, I am one of the coaches for the archery team at the Dr. Kirk Lewis Career and Technical High School in Pasadena ISD. NASP, National Archery in The Schools Program, is an extraordinary program that is reaching numerous students and changing their lives.  We added archery to our campus 4 years ago in 2017 and have seen the change it is making in the academic, personal, and emotional lives of those involved.  We are a low-income school and many of our students cannot afford to participate in such programs due to the cost of the equipment.   We provide that equipment and open the door to allow them to learn a new skill as well as connect with a group of like-minded students that will encourage, motivate, and strengthen each other as they grow together.  We are attempting to grow the program to enable us to change even more lives for the better.  Over the past four years we have seen a legally blind student, who was basically non communicative, come join us and not only start hitting the target and shooting very well, but as a senior, began speaking to and carrying on conversations with other students and teachers alike.  We have seen other students move academically from failing every class to passing every class, to the amazement of some of teachers.  Our program is a success, not because the students learn archery, but because their self-esteem is increased, their confidence skyrockets and their social ability is on an upward turn.

The Black Arrow Level - $100.00 – Your name will be placed on the back of the shirt.
The Silver Arrow Level - $250.00 – Your name and logo will be placed on the back of the shirt.
The Copper Arrow Level - $500.00 – Your name, logo and information will be placed on the back of the shirt.
Bullseye Level - $1000.00 – Your Name, logo and information will be placed in the center back of the shirt in bold print and bright red lettering.
