We are so excited you will be joining us for tomorrow’s State of the City Luncheon featuring Mayor Thomas Schoenbein, at the Pasadena Convention Center! We wanted to update you on a few items to ensure you have a great experience and that everything runs smoothly for the countless volunteers and staff that are helping with this event.
Parking:
Due to the diligent work of our friends at the City of Pasadena, you’ll be among the first to utilize the city’s new paved parking onsite! There are THREE parking lots open for State of the City with plenty of parking available. On the map below, you can see the available parking lots on both the left and right side of the convention center, and an additional parking lot directly behind the convention center. Our friends at the City of Pasadena are also providing a few golf carts to help get you to the front entrance with ease.
Program:
Registration will open at 10:45am for you to enjoy networking and connecting. The program will start promptly at 11:15, so we ask that you arrive early to have plenty of time to park, check in, and make your way to your seats. You won’t want to miss a single second of this event!
