  • The Pasadena Chamber is pleased to share the results of the May 6th election. Congratulations to all of the newly elected officials and those who were reelected. 

    City of Pasadena: 
    There will be a run-off election on June 10th for Districts A & G. Last day to apply for ballot by mail is May 30th.

    District A: RUNOFF Ignacia Garcia & Ruben Villarreal 
    District B: Bianca Valerio (reelected)
    District C: Emmanuel Guerrero (newly elected) 
    District D: Pat VanHoute (unopposed, reelected) 
    District E: Jonathan Estrada (reelected) 
    District F: Dolan Dow (unopposed, newly elected)
    District G: RUNOFF Paola Velasco & Ornaldo Ybarra 
    District H: Thomas Schoenbein (reelected) 

    Pasadena ISD: Kenny Fernandez, Marshall Kendrick & Vickie Morgan (all reelected) 
    San Jacinto College: Erica Davis Rouse (reelected) & Michelle Cantu Wilson (newly elected) 

    Proposition A passed with 87% voter approval for the reauthorization of the Pasadena Crime Control and Prevention District. This proposition was related to ensuring the continuation of the ½ cent sales tax dedicated to public safety and law enforcement programs.  The Pasadena Chamber Board of Directors passed a resolution in support of the reauthorization in March and actively encouraged voters to support this proposition.
