BAHA Chapter of Delta Sigma Sorority Go Red for Women Day

Test your fitness level in a group Zumba class for ages 12 and up; win
door prizes; visit vendor booths; munch on nutritional snacks and
beverages; hear the stories of heart and stroke survivors; take home
handouts on living a healthy lifestyle; and sign up for free dental and
blood pressure screenings. Event goers also will enjoy tunes from a
local DJ and cheer on participants in a dance off of local fitness clubs.
