This interactive experience is divided into two tracks, allowing you to customize your day based on your interests:
Morning Track: Understanding City Government 8:00am - 11:00am
Begin your day by attending Government 101 Class for a city council overview and explore the many different ways to engage with the City of Pasadena elected officials. We will then attend a Pasadena City Council meeting, where you'll observe local government in action and gain firsthand insight into the decision-making process.
Lunch with City Leadership 11:00am - 12:00pm
Lunch will be provided to you with a chance to meet and interact with the Mayor and City Council, as well as other city department leaders
Q & A With Mayor Schoenbein 12:00pm - 12:45pm
Afternoon Track: Meet Your City Departments 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Go behind the scenes with representatives from a variety of city departments. Discover the services they provide, ask questions, build relationships, and learn how these departments support businesses, economic development, public safety, infrastructure, and quality of life in our community.
Your registration includes access to either one track or both, plus breakfast and lunch, giving you the flexibility to attend the sessions that best fit your schedule and interests—all for one price.
Attendees also have the option of attending the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce Government Relations Committee meeting at the Chamber office, beginning at 3:30pm
