    Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia invites you to a town hall meeting tomorrow, October 3, at 6 p.m. to provide information on how Harris County Flood Control District Proposition A, which is on your ballot this November, will create investments in our channels and bayous to prevent flooding.
