Grace. See below for helpful information if you are a player or tent sponsor in the tournament.
Player Instructions:Registration starts at 7am: Registration will be set up on the porch area at the Clubhouse. There you will find check-in where you can purchase game packages and additional mulligans.Breakfast and Networking: Enjoy breakfast and coffee from Azalea Creek Catering & Events as your shift allows. Take this opportunity to network with the players and sponsors.After Gameplay: Stick around after gameplay for a late lunch, networking, and a brief tournament awards presentation inside the Ballroom, located upstairs.Giveaway & Raffle: We'll be giving away a Liquor & Spirit Basket or Golf Swag Basket during the awards presentation/lunch. You must be present to win. Additionally, if you decide to purchase raffle tickets for Ultimate Houston Sports Fan, Triple Treat Spa Escape, or a Louisiana Fishing Trip, we'll be drawing the winners during this time as well, but you do NOT have to be present for the raffle. Don't miss out on all the fun!
Tent Sponsor Instructions:Arrival and Location:
Setup Time: Please arrive at 7:00 am and have your tent set-up for the shotgun start at 9:00 am.Check-In and Setup:Check-In: Before unloading, please visit the tent sponsor check-in table on the porch area of the Clubhouse to receive your packet and hole assignment. (Refer to the attached map.)Once you are checked in, our volunteers will point you in the right direction to get your golf cart, then load up your items and set up your tent.Setup Completion: Please have your tent ready by 9:00 am. After setting up, you are welcome to join us back at the main area for breakfast and networking before the shotgun start at 9:00 am.Preparation:Equipment: You are responsible for bringing your own tent, table, chairs, and any additional equipment for the golf tournament. Reminder to bring trash bags.Number of guests: We are expecting about 200 participants to be a part of the golf tournament.
Door Prizes:If you are doing a door prize at your tent, please let us know and we can announce the winner during the awards ceremony.Event Conclusion:Gameplay End: We expect the gameplay to conclude around 2:00 pm. Once the tournament is over, please pack up your items, load them on your golf cart. Once your items are unloaded, please return your golf cart to the same area where you picked it up.Dinner and Awards: Post-game, enjoy a late lunch in the Ballroom, followed by the awards presentation.
