    The business transformation team lead key transformation projects for Baker Hughes in line with our strategy and the three horizons. The Senior Finance Manager – Transformation role will include elements such as the processes, governance, systems, tools, KPIs, organisational structure and capabilities required to deliver on our strategy and Baker Hughes key financial deliverables.

    As Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

    Leading analytical work and insight gathering to identify the best change initiatives and interventions to enable Baker Hughes' strategic transformation.
    PMO Major Transformation Activities at an enterprise level, collaborating across the functions and the business segments.
    Developing and issuing reports and presentations for the ELT and other leadership teams, to propose transformation interventions and track progress of transformation implementation.
    Reinforcing actionable insights through clear presentation and visualization of data.
    Designing, developing and leading the implementation of new processes, governance models, tools, systems, organisational structures and capabilities required to operationalize the Baker Hughes Strategy and Strategically Managed Operating Model.
    Applying expert knowledge of change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results globally.
    Delivering process and transformation expertise, and enterprise KPI improvement in a matrix environment

    To be successful in this role you will:

    Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering or a relevant technical field.
    Have experience in Financial Analysis or Base Cost control initiatives.
    Have extensive analytical skills, with the ability to source, interpret and analyse complex financial and operational data to create meaningful, actionable insights.
    Have an ability to work within a matrix organizational environment and to interact with senior executives.
    Show effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving capability and capacity to influence.
    Have proven compelling interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Be adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to working in ambiguous situations.
    Be a clear thinker: make decisions with speed and accuracy based on the best available information and communicate priorities clearly and concisely.
    Demonstrate integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
