Leasing Consultant – San Augustine Apartments & Townhomes

Location: 1516 E Sam Houston Pkwy S, Pasadena, TX

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Every weekend, 8-hour shifts

San Augustine Apartments is looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you have a background in leasing, strong closing skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic and maintain high occupancy levels
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently

Qualifications

 Experience: Minimum 1 year in leasing or property management

 Skills: Strong communication, organization, and sales abilities

 Requirements: Must provide own transportation and be available on weekends
