Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

The Pasadena team of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local company to add Two Customer Support Specialist employees to their team in East Houston! RESPONSIBILITIES: · Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate personnel, if needed · Provide service for order inquiries and order status updates to customers · Assist in maintaining the order database · File, scan and maintain storage of all paperwork associated with each order, such as invoices, reports, drawings, etc. · Collect payment
