Dr. Rhonda Parmer is a faith-based entrepreneur and executive coach who helps high-potential leaders build world-class teams, reach their highest goals, and avoid burnout. After 31 years in public education—retiring as an associate superintendent—she founded The Leadership Executive Group to coach leaders across sectors using her E.A.S.E. Framework, rooted in decades of research. A Nationally Distinguished Principal, certified John Maxwell Coach, and DiSC Consultant, Rhonda is known for simplifying systems, building collaboration, and increasing outcomes without sacrificing well-being. She’s also a children’s book author, race car driver, and leadership speaker. She talks to her mom daily, races with her husband near Big Bend, serves on the Lone Star Flight Museum board, and is active at Asbury UMC. Her motto: “Every day is an interview.”
