About Us

SIR House opened it's doors on January 31, 2020, with the primary goal to offers a safe, structured living environment for women who have been sober a short time and need stability and support.

Sara Bergman

Co-Founder / Board of Trustees

In recovery since January 1996, Sara has consistently carried the message of contented recovery to women in the program.

She has served as Secretary on the Board of New Hope Women’s Center, is currently serving as Secretary to the Camel Lodge, and is a member of the SETA District 70 Committee. She has worked as an Office Administrator for over 30 years in multiple fields.

Since November 1999, Kathryn spends her time being of service and thinks giving back is essential for her recovery. She works for a Houston icon since 2007 and organizes political events and charitable fundraisers.
