    Leadership Pasadena celebrates the success of its 2026 AIM for IMPACT Clay Shoot event held Friday, June 26th, and its status as the foundation’s first large-scale fundraiser to support its programming - IMPACT Pasadena and IMPACT NextGen.

    Held at Greater Houston Sports Club, the event welcomed teams from across the Texas for an afternoon that brought together business leaders, community partners, volunteers, and supporters for friendly competition and a shared commitment to Leadership Pasadena’s mission of equipping and connecting diverse leaders and organizations who are committed to engage and influence our community and businesses in extraordinary ways.

    AIM for IMPACT showcased the remarkable spirit of collaboration that defines the Greater Pasadena area. Every sponsor, volunteer, shooter, auction donor, and guest played an important role in making the event a success. Their investment will help Leadership Pasadena continue providing transformative leadership experiences, civic engagement opportunities, and educational programming that benefit both emerging and established leaders throughout the region.
