For nearly six decades, Meador has been a cornerstone in our communities, building relationships, supporting businesses, and contributing in meaningful ways across countless organizations. At the heart of that impact has been Melinda’s leadership. As President and COO, she has been more than a business leader, she has been a trusted partner, a friend to many, and a champion for our region for nearly 40 years. Her influence reaches far beyond the company itself, touching the lives of so many who have had the privilege to work alongside her. As Meador enters a new chapter, we want to take time to recognize both the legacy that has been built and the leader who helped shape it.
