    Event Description:
    Pasadena ISD invites you and your business or organization to join Pasadena ISD during our annual New Teacher Welcome! This year’s event is set for Friday, August 4, 2023, from 2:00-4:00pm and will be held in the dining hall at Pasadena Memorial High School, 4410 Crenshaw, Pasadena, Texas. This is an excellent time for our new teachers to become familiar with businesses and opportunities in the community.
     
    There is no charge for your participation in this event. However, we do ask each vendor to provide a door prize to be given away during the event, along with enough giveaway items for approximately 500 people. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please complete the following form by Friday, July 7, 2023 to reserve a table for the event. Be sure to indicate whether you need access to an electrical outlet through the online form.

    We will provide a table and two chairs for each vendor. Vendors are encouraged to bring a table cover with the company logo, along with table decorations. Please be advised that no monetary transactions may take place during the event. You may enter the building to set up at 12:45pm, as guests will be arriving at 1:45pm.
     
    If you would like to participate in our event but cannot attend, you may drop off or mail your promotional items or giveaways to the address below and we will gladly recognize your company’s partnership.
