Joe I. Zaid & Associates Law firm is a Personal Injury Law Firm with three office locations in Houston, Pasadena, & Humble, Texas. Our team of skilled attorneys and dedicated staff work tirelessly to support our clients through challenging times. With a track record of successful outcomes and a client-centered approach, we are a trusted name in personal injury law. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at Joe I. Zaid & Associates, PLLC. As the Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our law firm and will be second in command to the lead attorney of the firm. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing effective processes to enhance productivity and client service.
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
•Manage and mentor administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
•Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimize firm operations.
•Collaborate with legal teams to enhance client satisfaction and support client communication efforts.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, preferred.
•At least 5 years of experience in management, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software.
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
•Spanish Speaker preferred.
•Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and available to work weekends.
•Position is 100% On-Site.
