Marketing Coordinator
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated bilingual individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, community engagement, and event coordination. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our brand, increasing community involvement, and supporting the firm's marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing and maintaining the firm's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Creating, recording, editing, and posting engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and TikToks.
• Assisting with planning, organizing, and attending community events, networking events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and helping ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitoring social media engagement and responding to messages, comments, and inquiries as directed.
• Assisting with marketing materials, promotional items, and event setup.
• Taking photos and videos at office events, community events, and client-related activities.
• Maintaining marketing calendars and tracking upcoming events and campaigns.
• Working closely with management to develop new marketing ideas and strategies.
• Performing other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and read).
• Previous experience managing social media accounts preferred.
• Experience creating content for social media, including recording TikToks and short-form videos, preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be comfortable attending community events, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Flexible schedule required, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and after-hours events as needed.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional evening, weekend, and after-hours work may be required for events, community outreach, and special projects.
