Walk for the Wild Things is a family 5K fun WALK to help support the environmental education and stewardship programs at your local Nature Preserve. Pre-registration is requested. $20 for participants, $15 for registered groups of 6 or more. Children under 5 years are free. Cash registration the day of the event will be an additional $5 . Check-in will begin at 7:30 and walk commences at 8:00 am.ABNC Water bottles will be given to the first 50 registered at end of walk. Come dressed for the weather, bring your water, wear closed foot shoes as the trails go through the woods, prairie and end in the open area near the farmhouse.
