    Bon Temps Rouler Cajun Throwdown LLC is an event owned and operated by Daniel “Tiny” Guidry, a BOI with deep Louisiana roots. He wants to bring a Louisiana experience like no other to the area he so dearly loves! He is not only tied to Louisiana, but deeply rooted within the local communities as well. He loves giving back to the kids and those in need. He has been a part of past events, both large and small. He has helped a lot of people, from hurricane devastation to small fundraisers for great causes. Tiny loves his Cajun roots, but he loves Texas too!

    His team’s goal for this event is to help boost the local economy, give back to the community, as well as the BTR Caring for Kids Endowment. It is an awesome place where families and friends can gather once a year for 2 exciting weekends with Cajun Cuisine, a Crawfish Cook-off, awesome Cajun and Country Music, and a great family atmosphere.     More than 40 crawfish cook-off teams will offer all-you-can-eat crawfish to patrons on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 11 a.m. until it’s gone. Come snag a photo with Orbit from the Houston Astros and Houston Texans’ TORO that afternoon.
    Last season, the Bon Temps Rouler Cajun Throwdown has raised $44,000 greatly benefitting St, Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and El Mina Shriner’s Galveston. “We are very proud of our partnership with UTMB in our BTR Caring for Kids Endowment,” added Guidry., ‘This allows BTR to be able to have a specific avenue to provide continued support in helping eradicate Pediatric illnesses.”
