What: Pasadena Libraries will be hosting its first annual Carnival complete with games, prizes, music, food and fun!
Why: The purpose of Carnival is to provide local businesses and organizations with the opportunity to connect with the public in a fun, effective environment. Our events typically attract several hundred visitors and offer a low-cost, easy method to promote your organization.
