2013 is the 40th annual celebration. This year's event will have no set theme, it's just a huge Birthday party and we are extremely excited to be celebrating our 40th Festival and gratefully to all our sponsors, volunteers and attendees for making this 40th year possible. The Pasadena Strawberry Festival serves as the annual fund-raising event for the San Jacinto Day Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1967 whse projects include providing college scholarships for area high school and college students, the preservation and promotion of Texas and Pasadena history; and fund raising efforts for local civic youth and other non-profit groups.
