• The Shrimp Boil is southeast Houston’s longest running, largest fundraising event.
• It takes place July 14 at the “cool” Pasadena Convention Center from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
• Highlights of the Shrimp Boil – besides huge shrimp, of course – are the live and silent auctions, live music and dancing with the Grateful Geezers, Rainforest Kid Zone, homemade desserts and more!
• This event benefits one of our community’s most enduring and successful organizations – The Rose. The Rose is a non-profit breast cancer organization that was created right here in southeast Houston and provides breast care services for thousands of insured and uninsured women yearly.
• Hundreds of your neighbors, customers and clients support the Shrimp Boil as a community cause they hold dear. Likewise, they pass that affection on to our event sponsors. Some supporter names you’ll recognize include United Airlines, Rainforest Café, H-E-B, Zachry, Casa Ole’, Best Buy, Home Depot, Pinnacle Financial Strategies, Silver Eagle Distributors and many more!
