Steve Skarke is Executive Vice President of Kaneka North America LLC and a principal member of The MERSED Group LLC. Steve has been actively engaged in the chemical manufacturing industry since 1983 when he earned a BSChE degree from
Texas A & M University. Steve's primary interests include organizational design and performance, corporate social responsibility, and leadership development. Steve is also the funder of "Leading Elements" a new venture giving support to companies and professionals interested in advancing their knowledge of leadership. As a Certified Master Facilitator for the Leadership Challenge community he is always looking to help anyone wanting to sharpen their leadership behaviors.
