    Key Responsibilities:

    • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update customer and vendor records, including credit applications, resale certificates, and shipping documents.
    • Invoicing & Collections: Assist with invoice preparation, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
    • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data for customers and vendors in company systems.
    • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the Office Manager and Branch Manager as needed.
    • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of administrative tasks.
    Qualifications:
    • Preferred experience in administrative or office support roles.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
