Administrative Support Specialist

- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update customer and vendor records, including credit applications, resale certificates, and shipping documents.
- Invoicing & Collections: Assist with invoice preparation, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data for customers and vendors in company systems.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the Office Manager and Branch Manager as needed.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Preferred experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
