Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes to clients.
• Follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely processing.
• Assist with order entry and fulfillment, ensuring all materials are properly counted and shipped.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate quoting and order processing.
• Maintain active records in QuickBooks or similar systems (customer details, order status, etc.).
• Collaborate with the shipping department and warehouse to coordinate deliveries.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including customer or job site visits.
• Develop and maintain professional knowledge of products and industry trends through vendor relationships and technical resources.

• Background in construction material sales or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with CRM systems and/or QuickBooks ERP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
