Construction and Engineering Estimator and Drafter for metal project structural designs, estimate fabrication work, perform 3D modeling, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure project success.

• Interface with customers during estimating and detailing phases.
• Review contract documents, establish scope, and communicate exclusions.
• Perform material take-offs and collaborate on pricing.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal and external detailing groups.
• Conduct 3D and 2D modeling and drafting.
• May require occasional travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of estimating and detailing experience.

• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
