    Civil Professional Engineer Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of designers and Engineers-in-Training
    • Conduct engineering calculations and field inspections
    • Review and redline civil designs, and produce designs using AutoCAD
    • Collaborate with clients and professionals to develop civil designs
    • Coordinate among multiple offices to meet project objectives and deadlines
    • Support business development and regional growth initiatives
    • Provide a conducive work environment for team members' growth
    • Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets
    • Maintain high quality and responsiveness to client requirements
    • Interact regularly with clients to maintain and develop relationships
    • Assist with project permit applications and coordinating with approving agencies
    • Obtain approval of project plans and specifications
    • Assist clients with bidding and awarding construction projects
    • Oversee civil engineering design activities and quality assurance/control
    Civil Professional Engineer Requirements:
    • B.S. in Engineering
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license
    • 10+ years of related engineering experience
    • Two years of management experience preferred
    • Project management experience
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other engineering software tools
    • Experience with Civil3D a plus
    • Strong professional work ethic
    • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively and provide innovative engineering solutions
    • Travel to neighboring counties for meetings and site visits is required
