Sponsors/Supplies Needed for Ag Mechanics and Welding at Sam Rayburn High School
Offer Valid: 04/30/2026 - 04/30/2026My name is Noah Schramm, and I teach Ag Mechanics and Welding at Sam Rayburn High School. Our students are currently preparing welding and fabrication projects for upcoming competitions, and we are reaching out to local businesses who may be interested in supporting their efforts.
Many of our students are passionate, hardworking, and eager to build high‑quality projects, but they don’t always have access to the materials or resources they need. We are seeking sponsors or material donations that can directly support their learning and competition readiness. Items such as steel, consumables, welding supplies, tools, safety gear, or scrap metal are all extremely helpful. Monetary sponsorships are also greatly appreciated and assist with competition fees, certifications, and equipment needs.
Your support would make a meaningful impact on students preparing for careers in welding, fabrication, construction, and other ag‑related trades. In appreciation, we recognize all sponsors on program banners, social media, and at school and community events.
If this is something your company would be interested in—either through donating materials or becoming a program sponsor—I would be happy to provide a formal letter with additional details or answer any questions you may have.
I am going to include a few pictures of projects and awards we've won in the past as well.
Some materials that we do look for a lot are:
· Axle and Trailer kits ($450-$700)
· 1 1/2 in, 2 in, and 3 in square or rectangle tubing.
· Any sized piping from 2 in to 24 in diameter
· Steel channel 2 in or 3 in
· Angle irons 1 in up to 3 in
· ANY PPE is always appreciated
Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in our students and their future careers. We truly appreciate your time and support.
Sincerely, Noah Schramm
