• Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

    The Pasadena team of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local company to add Two Customer Support Specialist employees to their team in East Houston!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate personnel, if needed

    · Provide service for order inquiries and order status updates to customers

    · Assist in maintaining the order database

    · File, scan and maintain storage of all paperwork associated with each order, such as invoices, reports, drawings, etc.

    · Collect payment on COD orders and forward to appropriate individuals

    · Communicate with customers and appropriate personnel to resolve any problems or concerns in a courteous, professional and timely manner

    · Monitor and maintain assigned customers

    · Scan customer Purchase Orders and Quotes* prior to creating work orders (*If no quote is found, contact Quoting Specialist before order is shipped)

    · Create stencils and labels, as needed

    · Create, process and invoice of customer orders, within 3 days of order pick up/ship complete

    · Set up new part numbers, as needed

    · Multi-task, manage time, prioritize and react quickly to changing priorities and follow through on work assigned

    · Work independently to identify and resolve problems accurately and in a timely manner

    · Maintain basic office equipment

    · Exhibit great interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude, outgoing and pleasant personality and cheerful phone voice

    · Reliable daily attendance and on-time arrival, as scheduled

    · Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate Supervisor

    · Cross-train, as needed

    · Work well with varying personalities

    · Must be current on all relevant Company Safety Training

    · Must follow Company Safety Practices

    · Must follow all Company Rules, Procedures and Policies

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting

    · Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

    · Must be punctual

    · Must be open to working in an open concept environment

    SCHEDULE:

    M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm

    PAY:

    $20/hour + (DOE)
