Baytown Ace - Plate & Sheet Metal Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brakes, plate rolls, and metal forming equipment
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to meet specifications
• Measure, mark, and cut sheet metal to precise dimensions
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe workspace
• Work with the production team to meet deadlines
• Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed

• Experience with CNC and automated machinery
• Plate & sheet metal fabrication, forming, and rolling
• Read blueprints and operate press brakes, plate rolls, and shears
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
• Team player with knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
• Able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Diploma or technical training preferred; welding a plus
